When I was 10 years old in my 4th year of the primary school, I was one of the school team. I was very exciting to be one of the school team member. I was not the strong one in it. In fact, I was just a reserved athlete but I enjoyed a lot just because I was being a school team athlete. However, my mom and dad had different opinions, they wrote a letter to the school principal to kick me out of the team. That was the most thing which heart my heart very very deep. I spoke to all of my classmates who laughed me that I swore I would do it again. Until I went into the secondary school, I started to disobey my parents because I understood they would never know what I want. So I tried my best to get into school team again. At that time, I discovered I am strong in long distance running. More than that, I was not a reserved anymore. I was the fastest one in my school. Not just the school sports day, I won a lot in many other open competitions. So no more antagonists could be found in my school.  But I met some strong antagonists in open competitions.

At the meantime, I met some friends (assholes) who are the most important in my life. They are all cyclists which you can see in the above photo. I joined them as well and started to ride. I saved all of my pocket money but still couldn't get enough money. Then I started to do some part time jobs. I had worked as Construction sites worker, Supermarket worker, Swimming coach, lifeguard...etc. Remembered I spent $1000 HKD in my first bike. In fact, I don't like running. It is hard, hot, and boring. I ran because of just one sample reason. I knew I can win the competitions. But I like cycling most. So I ride my bike every Saturday and Sunday. At first, I was just playing around in the cycling track between Shatin and Tai Po.  I am very very excited to complete my journey that I can destine to some farer place which I have never rode before. It makes me more confident. Afterward, I rode longer and longer like Yuen Long, Sai Kung, Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and Lantau Island...etc. Sometimes I took part in some cycling races. I was not the strongest one in those assholes. I was just in the middle but I got some medals in the some races sometime I was lucky.

In one summer holiday when I was 15, I joined Watson's Athletes' Club in order to improve my running. I met a triathlete Tony Chu. He was the first generation of Hong Kong Chinese Triathete. Of course he was one of Hong Kong representative as well. He was being a running coach in Watson's only. I saw me ran quite fast and I was a cyclist. Then he brought me to race Triathlon. In the beginning, swimming was my weakest event, I swam frog style only. Every one could beat me down, even a 10 years old kid. Almost every time, I was the last one to finish swimming in the Triathlon Competition.

That was my hardest time in my life. No good result in triathlon, I can't speak English ( Most Triathletes were not Chinese), Dad and Mom was yelling to kill me because of Triathlon, No money to support my competitions, No money to buy better equipments, Nobody taught me swimming (Although Hong Kong has public swimming pools but it was still expensive for me to pay for it),  Worry about HKCEE ( the most important Examination in Hong Kong) and Nobody supported me. All of my classmates, friends, assholes, families, teachers said the same:" Hey! Kit! weak up! Triathlon is not your game! That's not for Chinese, Let's give it up Don't wast your time and money. You are just self embarrassing. "

Fortunately, The coaching director of Hong Kong Triathlon Association, Miss Ruth Hunt knew that i was a poor guy. She gave me a hand. She allowed me to swim with Hong Kong National Squad, She taught me English, She offered me no need to pay for the racing entry free. She lat me coach some Iron Kids and present some school lectures to earn some money. Then my triathlon started to getting strong and stronger. After I entered The Hong Kong Representation Team (junior team), she let me to race international races and have trainings in many other countries. It make me to have chances to travel around the world Such as Singapore, Thailand, Philippine, Malaysia, Korea, ...etc. It was really not easy for a Hong Kong kid to have those adventures.

While I was have a oversea training in Malaysia, I met Mr. CHAN Che-sing( He got one bronze medal in swimming of Asia Game). He retired in swimming but he started triathlon. He was my coach in Malaysia. I lived in his home over a month during the training.

Mr. CHAN improved my 1500M swimming from 39 mins  to 27mins. Expected training, the taught me a lot outside the sports. I had a really good time and a lot of funs in his home. I lived and played with his sons and daughter (beautiful daughter). Even I quitted Triathlon, I visit him everytime I go Malaysia.

Until I was 19, I wished to have a good job suddenly. It is because I can't feel and future in Hong Kong Sports and I think I had played enough time. But I was not good in school result. So what should I do?

Remembered when I was kid, I wrote I wish to be a policeman in the paper. Then I went for it. Lucky, nobody likes to be a policeman in 1995. I made it again with my shit school result of HKCEE. I believed I can keep racing triathlon if I joined Hong Kong Police. However, I knew Police Department doesn't like me to play too many because they don't want any sick leave and they don't want me to apply vacation to do such things. And the main point is , I need to work in shifts so I can't arrange a better time to join triathlon trainings. For that reason, I stopped my triathlon. In the beginning of my police life, my family suddenly immigrated to USA. At that time, I made a great decision. I decided to stay behind. It was a good chance to stay alone in Hong Kong. I can lose my mom's control. I could be crazy all the time. I destroyed my mom's bedroom and set up a bike room to park my bicycles. I bought a new mountain bike and I bought 2 flight tickets to go Singapore with one asshole. We just uninstalled our bikes and packed all the parts inside a paper box which we got form bike shop. Afterward, we carried our bikes to get the plant with very little baggage. After we landed at Singapore Airport, we reinstalled our bike and started to ride from airport. We had a bike tour from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. We had a lot of fun during that bike tour. We stopped when we arrived some places which are good to travel. If any place we didn't have interest to stay. we just keep riding. We didn't have any details plannings before we started. We just get a map at the airport. We don't need to worry about food because we ate anywhere. We don't need to worry about hotels because we stopped anywhere. All the price are cheap there. No need to think too much, just having fun.

After that bike tour experience of Singapore to Malaysia, I led couple more bike tours. I brought more people to go. Of course they are all idiots. Much much more funs in it. You can take a look others pages of my web sites about my bike tours. I really want to share with all people.

After many bikes tours, I discovered mountain biking is much much more exciting than road bike cycling. I started to ride in the mountains like cross country, downhill..etc. I went to the mountains every day off, Public Holiday, Vacation. I had rode almost all the hills and country sides in Hong kong. My skill improved a lot but I ad a lot of injuries as well. I bought different bike for different situations. I had 4 bikes but I don't need to worry about parking. I live alone!

When I was fully enjoy in mountain biking and I felt it was the most exciting sport, I discovered one other sport which I can't compare with all the sports I tried before. It is the only flying sport in Hong Kong. Paragliding. It is much different with sky diving. It is not just jump out the aeroplane and fall down to the ground. It is really flying. We catch rising air such as sea wind and thermal to fly upward. Pull left brake to fly left, pull right brake to fly right.  And  we can pull the lines to fly faster and sink. I spent $30,000HKD to buy all the equipments and got the license in 3 days. That's not too expensive for me because my best bike costs $35,000HKD. So I didn't think too long to decide it. Now, I can fly anytime.

In 2000, I couldn't stay any longer because my application to late immigration to USA was going to expired. Then I started to go back USA every 6 months to keep my green card. And I found USA is a better place for all kinds of sports. Much Much better than Hong Kong. I started to love it. Bigger places, more places and no such of stupid routes as Hong Kong. It is more exciting. I can try a lot of great sports which I've never seen in my life before. As the result, I got a new sports again. It is snowboard.

The pictures you can see. That's my own snowboard. I don't like any rental sport. If I play it, I buy my own equipments. If I can't buy it, I won't play it. In fact, the boots and snowboard just spent me #200 USD. So I didn't need to think too much. I bought it.

This is my snowboard, my sister wrote my Chinese name on it.

The feeling of snowboard is just like the same as downhill mountain biking. I just need one afternoon to learn it. Afterward, I can play all the track in the snowing site. And I don't need to worry about crash because the snow is soft. It won't be painful.
