| I bought all of my bicycles at Rdmand's shop (Shop 2A, Lucky Plaza, Shatin) since I was 13. For my opinions, he doesn't just sell the bikes out. He loves to support and improve all the bicycles activities in Hong Kong. Really just for sports. Since I started to be a Triathlete of Hong Kong Team, he gives me the best advices, the best bicycle settings, and discounts in order to give me a best bike to go Triathlon competition. Not only me, he is very reliable for every cyclist. So I never buy any bicycle from any other bike shop except some special parts which he doesn't sell. When my bike got any damage or anything not alright, I just bring my bike back to him. Even some damaged parts I bought from other bike shop, he just fixes it back to the best. When anyone asks me for the best mechanic, Edmand is my only recommendation. |

So please do not ride without helmet like me. More than that, gloves are very very important too. When you get accident, you must use your hand to guard and protect yourself. That's not the skill. That is the human reaction. To avoid the serious injury, gloves really work!

I won't be alone in mountain biking because I play with my friends (assholes) The famous place for MTB are Tai Mo Shan, Wo Kau Tung, Lantau Island and Discovery Bay..etc

Most people think, we just have fun when we downhill. But I think we have fun with we ride or push up to the hills too. |

English practice is the extra gift for me. During my life in Triathlon and Mountain biking, I have a lot of chances to meet a lot of foreign cyclis and triathletes. So I have plenty more opportunities to make more friend like whom you can see in the above photo. He is one of my friend Mike Fallen. We took that picture before the Tai O fishing village had burn. |

This picture was taken at the top of Sung Yeung Fung of Pat Sin Leng Mountains. In fact, Pat Sin (Wilson Trail) is not enjoyable. It is really hard to go up there. Not too much ridable places and we have to push a lot. But I still had fun there and the view is beautiful as well. |

And this one is Dragon's Back of Hong Kong Trail in Shek O. It has plenty more rideable sections. I took this picture before I learn flying, and that is the taking off place of paragliding. This is the most famous flying sites in Hong Kong! |

When we hit some rocky sections in mountain biking, downhill bike would be much better, but downhill bike is much heavier, and the weight is one of the main reasons to consider before you buy the bike.. |
